I am not dead set on a 330i and as a matter of fact a friend is on it's way right now to check out a 2008 328i with 23,000 miles. It's at a non BMW dealership and they have no clue what the car has and what it does not. I want to take advantage of their ignorance and buy this car.
From the pictures,it has Navigation,Sport package,Comfort package,premium package and Xenon headlights. The ad also says Blue tooth.

Active cruise: where shall i tell friend to look for the laser eye in the bumper ?
BMW assist: Again where is the button on the mirror ?
Reat shades: Where would you see the button for this option
Upgraded radio: How to tell ?

Bluetooth is part of premium package.

I'm not sure you can "take advantage" of someone ignorant if you're not 100% sure how to tell if all the options exist or not.

BMW assist is not located on the mirror for the 2006+ models. Look for a rectangular switch right next to the sunroof button-I believe it says SOS on it, but I'm not sure. Also, for the active cruise, the laser eye is a black dome right next to the left fog light.
