Help required: iPhone options clarification after Combox update

I placed an order for a new E90 in August with the following options:

644/6FL/6NF

which were the options I understood were necessary to get the full bluetooth iphone/mp3 player integration be it without iDrive functionality (beyond my spending limit), at the time.

Dealer has now come back and said that I need to add sat nav if I want 6NF option.

I'm assuming this is because of the combox changes since placing the order and the point at which the car is built.

I'm not going to be able to add sat nav, so is the answer just to delete the 6NF option?

If so, what functionality will I lose as a result?
