Ordering selected options Vs. packages & other questions!

Hi,

I am looking forward for 2011 528i. Is ordering whole package (ie: premium package 2 or premium package 1) Vs. individual options better?

For me, I guess rear sunshade, ambience lighting, garage opener, hifi system etc. are not as important as having multi-contour seats. I plan to lease the car.....will ordering selected gadgets (eg. ordering navigation, leather seats, rear view camera etc. instead of whole premium 1 & 2 packages) affect the lease/ordering in any way?

I see many posts mentioning "maximizing security deposits" up to seven to bring down the money factor. Now, if I take European delivery, I guess money factor rises by 0.0003.

Does anyone know reduction in MF by making seven deposits?

What is the amount for one deposit?

When these deposits are due?

I am in NY/NJ area and if I place ED order from california/elsewhere to get better price, will it affect future servicing at NY/NJ dealer?...... in what way?

thanks

V
