Intakes duct for the E90? Some have 1, mine has 2?

I have a 2006 325i E90. I have been looking to buy an intake for it. All the aftermarket intakes look to only have 1 cone for the E90, where the E92 has a two cone setup. I looked at my E90 325i, and I have two intake spots from the air filter to the engine on my car. Can someone explain why my car has two like this? Can I use a 335i dual filter intake?

Dude you car sounds super special. Might be one of those rare euro specs test cars that made their way to the American market?

You have an N52 engine. You cannot use a 335i intake.

Confirmed with a mechanic, the second intake hole is NOT for AIR, it is for oil. So please disregard?!

Make sure you distribute oil equally between both intake holes, to keep the pressure in the system the same.
