What do you think of this interior combination?
Hi,
Do you think an anthracite headliner with a beige/light interior looks mismatched? There's one for sale here (beige, walnut, anthracite headliner) but I won't get a good chance to look at it for a while. I've seen some photos, I'm just not sure what I think of the combination yet. Does anyone have any other pics of similar interiors? |

I'd have to see it in person, but I already feel like none of the beige interiors fit well because of the black dash... I kinda wish BMW had gone the Audi route and offered a matching color dash

It looks off to me or else I would choose another interior color too. |

I normally do like the traditional all beige interior, but with the anthracite headliner rather than matching headliner, it looks like beige below the window line and black above the windowline, so beige for the seats/doors, black for the roof/A/B/C pillars.

Dashboard Wood
This is my motor. I rather like it, but if you like brushed ali, perhaps not!
The 'wood' is BMW Individual Red Brown Figured Eucalyptus XE3. |

I have beige/poplar (Now CF Wrap) interior and always wish I had black/alum, I just think it matches the sporty nature of the car. Wood is for Jaguars and Bentleys.
I think that that combo would look good though, the headliner color shouldn't really matter that much, they all generally look good.

Looks good but for some reason your steering wheel is mounted on the wrong side... might want to check with the dealership about that

I think it would look great - especially with black floor mats. I had this combo with light poplar in my X5 and I loved it as did everyone who rode with me.

I quite agree. Don't normally drive with rubbers in, but it's been a bit wet of late.
Thinking of getting the beige matching: 'Rubber floor mats with textile inlay' from the dealer. Another, perhaps a better pic of the interior, attached. I'm getting to like it now. Before I placed the order I wanted an all black interior with leather seats and Piano Black with Inlay, but had so much trouble from indoors(who hates black), I thought anything for a quite life! At least it's bright! |
