PA Drivers: black D.A.R.E. License Plate FS

I moved to DE and registered everything here just the other month. So I have a black DARE license plate that I can't have anymore. Anybody interested? LMK

It's my understanding that these plates can only be transferred to immediate family members. I remember reading some actual authority to that effect some time ago and thinking to myself "jesus, could they MAKE a dumber administrative regulation...harrisburg really has nothing better to do"

anyway, i'd look into this first (maybe call the DMV?) before buying or selling brosephs

I do hope I'm wrong though - I LOVE my black DARE plate and made sure my family had 3 extras before they quit selling them lol.

unless it was there from the previous owner, they wont find much on me, I dont even drink let alone get into that stuff!
