is this self painted or did u buy it matte blackk?

They came like that when I bought them. They are not painted, they are naturally made to be matte black.

Yes they are pre LCI for E 90 Sedan years 07-08 none M-tech, they are a month old and yes i will ship them. I don't think it would be over 10 bucks to ship these to you or to Juan so 50 shipped for both of you guys whoever gives me the moneys first gets them
