The Washington Auto Show Jan 24-28, 2007 DC Convention Center

Anyone up for it?

I am thinking of going on Saturday afternoon on the 27th...

Also thinking of coinciding this event with yet another effort to get our stillborn HH plans off the ground.

There is a great Beer place in chinatown (i.e. a few blocks walk from the autoshow) - Regional Food and Drink Washington (810 7th Street NW) with the city's "largest multi-tap" and over 300 bottled varieties.

So would anyone, aside from sixspeedsam (

), be interested in a little autoshow/HH outing?

P.S. I can't vouch for parking safety downtown if that is a major consideration, OCD type need not apply

Im going on a Booze Cruise on the potomac that evening........so it seems like a great pre-game idea.

Ugh, don't mention the OCD - I've already got some light scratches I'm going to pay David to get rid of for me...

I'm thinking that this might be better than trying to hit the Dragon on the way back from Missouri (vacation). The Dragon will be slick by that time... and I should be back by then.

A bunch of us Notre Dame Grads are trying to keep the tradition alive of having a new years eve party in mid january, since we were never together during the new years because of college break.

So this year we've got an open bar and a boat on the potomac river. And a bunch of 22/23 year olds. This can only end with the involvment of the coast guard.

Whats the chances of getting a dealership to show your awesome e92 out there again John ?

... maybe get a sponsor to host it and post photos of it as the e90post Car of the Meet ... good Ad to increase DC Metro mbrship and hopefully a bigger car celebration for 07

I was planning on going to the WNADA Auto Show, Saturday works fine for me. Anyone have any ideas where to park 'safely' -- I am concerned about DC parking garages and street parking...
