Where do you bring your cars in Chicagoland area?
I have a few mods and exteriors changes and still adding. I live in the Naperville/Aurora area. I just got back from Fluid Motor Union and they have always been great. They top off my oil ,tires , scan codes and delete if necessary whenever I stop by no charge. They just moved to a bigger facility. They are working on some BAD ass cars. Anyway didnt want to sound like I was plugging but I read somewhere before there was a meet by the their shop and they didnt follow through or something and everyone on the forum gave them an epic fail. I have had a polite and great experience overall. Where do you guys go for Mods or custom body work? Chicago or Suburbs....

I agree. They have great service and have thrown some things my way for being a repeat customer.
I can't think of any independent shops around your area, but if you go a little north, VS Motorsports has a top notch shop. There have been some meets at Fluid in the past. The one you're referring to was in the planning stages, and some people on this forum made a stink because they assumed when they said they would help with some minor installs they assumed they could use their garage and lifts for major mods like suspension, etc. |

While i've only bought a blackout kidney and some carbon fiber vinyl for trim wrap from them going to WSTO is always nice - they always have some cool wheels to check out and the people there are always helpful and nice, genuine car guys

Very true, but they don't do installs or any engine work...but they should always be your first call.

A&L, VS and WSTO.
I'll never let anyone from Fluid within 12 inches of my car. |
