original oem m3s on my 335...

I put m3 rims on my 335 sedan and had alot of rubbing, had my fenders rolled and the problem is much better - but not 100%, especially with passengers in the back. They're 19x8.5 - front and 9.5 in the rear.
mich. pilot sports 265/35/zr19 on the rear wheels where the problem still slightly exists - does anyone have any advice on what tire size I should go with. I dont want to get rid of the wheels - the car looks so much better. Please help!

I put 19s from a 09 m3 on my 2007 335i and the look is great, at least I think so. Makes the car look so much better than the stock 17s it came with. the rears are 19x9.5 - fronts are 8.5 but the rears were rubbing bad, I had the rear fenders rolled in new jersey by Akmotorwerks (alex) they did an excellent job and put me on to some other good modification ideas. The rubbing issue is gone for the most part but I hear it still when I have people in the back seat. I NEED SOME ADVICE ON A DIFFERENT SIZE FOR THE REAR WHEELS. Have 265/35/19 mich pilot on right now - please help - i love my rims

The rear tire is 265/40R18 but for a 3 series size you should be running 265/35R18.
If you went with that tire, the difference right there would be decreasing the overall diameter by an inch.
I also tired this setup on my car and had some serious rubbing as well.
What's funny is that the front M3 wheel fits the 3 series perfectly in the rear.

exactly like that, alpine white 07 sedan sport pack with original 19" m3 wheels. picked them up on ebay for $2000- with mich pilot tires - 245/35/19 and 265/35 rears . only had an inch of curb rash on one of the back wheels. They really make the car. About to get black kidney grilles, roof and trunk spoiler(the thinner one). What did you go with for the rear wheels. Also I think my suspension is going on the passenger side (rear) - there's a smaller space from top of tire to fender than there is on the other side.

The main reason I went with 19s is I was told this size would only work on the sedan - not the coupe. Does anyone think 265/30 would settle this problem

Double this.

the e9x cant run a 265/35/19 tire, its too tall and big. You need to run a 265/30/19 whihc is a shorter tire and will provide the clearance needed and keep you in closer rolling diameter.
