steering wheel pulls one side after suspension upgrades
I know it seems obvious based on the title of the topic that the solution is alignment but I have taken the car for alignment twice and i still feel a slight pull on the right (tire pressures are all equal, driven on even pavement). Here are details of the car.. 335i e90 with performance suspension and m3 front control arms with non-runflat 19 inch tires. In addition, there is a slightly more resistance to turn the steering wheel to the left compared to right.

I just dropped my 2011 335xi on s set Bilstein sport/H&R sport and my car pulls to the right too.
I will take it to alignment shop and see if they can fix it. |

make sure that all bolts are tightened to torque specs...
you should drive the car hard one or two good times.... then have it alighned and make sure that all the hardware is secured. Ask the techs to check bolts that normally are not loosened during suspension changes as the front struts are hard to get off for the first timer or diyer... even a seasoned suspension tech, if they have never done one on your model car can remove stuff to make room for strut install. Ask me how i know! ruined a new set of tires and drove around with driver side bolts finger tight for a week till I found a shop that figured it out....(went to 3)

Thanks for the input. I will take the car to another shop for another alignment. I think M3 Eater may be right. I occasionally hear a rattle at high speed (70-80 mph) that I cannot localize, but it sounds like a loose piece of plastic flapping in the wind. Ill keep you guys posted.
