Suggestion

I just found out that I have an M suspension on my e92 328, and I just recently bought a set of h&r springs. Would it be stupid to replace the springs since I have the M's?

I know it wasn't an option but maybe the previous owner put in the m suspension? But I don't see why that would come up with the vin number. And I don't think anyone would invest that much in a 328. I think you're straight with putting the springs on.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I don't know why it would show on my vin. I tried re searching the m sport suspenion option for 328's but couldn't manage to find anything.

M is what they mean by Sport

springs will lower the car, not real performance gains.

you can get coils for that.
