HR Sport / Koni Yellows ---> PSS10
I bought my 335 used, and the ride has always seemed a bit harsh and bumpy to me. Going over bumps is jarring. Definitely wouldn't call it comfortable. The previous owner installed HR Sport / Koni Yellows and they are at their softest setting supposedly. I'm looking to go to a more adjustable setup such as the PSS10 mainly to keep the tightness of the handling but add some comfort.
Has anyone done this before and seen a noticeable improvement? (I also have already moved to non-runflats) |

If you are looking for more comfort, you may want to swap the shocks for the Koni FSDs. The PSS10s will ride a tad softer than the Yellows at their softest setting but it will not be a night and day difference. The FSDs are one of the more comfortable aftermarket shock setups and would save you some money by just doing a shock upgrade.

Yeah Nick is right. I have the FSDs with H&R sports and they ride great, not stiff at all. They ride better than the stock sport suspension. I can't say they're better than the yellows because I've never tried them.

Do a search, they are many happy customers running Koni Yellow with or without the H&R Sports. |

I have Koni Yellows on my week end ride (02 Miata) and can tell you that that even at their softest setting they are harsh , I don't mind to much as its a week end car I'm setting it up for autocross

I was on OEM Sports suspension on the 330, (I just sold it and replaced it with an E92335 xi Coupe)

KONI FSD (frequency selective dampers) are a must for fine tuning your BMW's ride, and handling capability. KONI FSD adjusts damping automatically, so there is no need to manually adjust the shock absorber. These shocks replace OEM shocks and actively controls stiffness, and dramatically improves handling much like the EDC found on the M3. The FSDs are one of the most comfortable out of the bunch by changing up the shocks on your ride. If you're looking for a coilover system you can also check out one of KW Coilovers Brand systems; the KW Street Comfort. I'll shoot you over a PM with more details on both of these setups!
