Colored Roundels, To be or not to be?
So some of you all have seen my 330 lately since I changed the color of my 162s... When this happened the calipers went red and the roundels black and white. So here is the thing I have been debating going back to the blue and white even though I don't think it would match the car as well. Is having a different roundel color too much? Should I rock the historic blue and white?

Keep the black and white. It looks sick, especially on a black car. Lots of people here have them.

I may be in the minority, but I will never understand why people get colored roundels. Personal thing I guess, but I'll never change out the classic blue and white.

I agree, gary. I guess I think some things should be left unchanged...classic and original is good sometimes. That is one of the most recognizable symbols in the automotive world and it is an icon of what made these cars legendary. Keep it stock, IMO.

I dig stock especially on non-color BMWs like black, white, silver or any other grey tone. I'd understand if you didn't like blue on a green or yellow bmw or something. But the black and white does not look bad at all on your rims.

I'd actually prefer if it was completely badge-less. Next best is to match the exterior theme. Got a white car with tinted glass and matte black trim. Of course I changed out all the roundels to white and black. Blends better. Course I go and screw the whole thing up with a red interior

Been thinking of going to black and white, but I love the colors of the original too much. Maybe if my car was a but more aggressive I could pull out off.

Personally, color matched roundels look good. And don't but into that classic/standard blue & white crap! Its your car, do what YOU want.
