Should I use aftermarket Coilovers put in on OEM shocks?

So I have the sports package got 19" which raised the clearence to ~1.5-2"

I want to lower it but not spend a fortune on it...

How bad is it on my suspension if I put aftermarket coilovers??

also when winter comes around I would put my stock 17" on... would I lose clearence and rub against the wheel well?
