20' wheels on 335i coupe

I have just installed KW V2's on my 335i and my 20 inch wheels are coming in early next week. Fronts are 20x9's, 245/30/20 with a 35mm offset and 20x10, 285/25/20 33 offset for the rear. Am I going to rub? The V'2 are obviously adjustable but I want to keep the car slammed with out having to roll the rear fenders. Anyone?

You will rub without fender rolling.

I am in the middle of moving houses and will post pics once I am settled. As far as the V2's go, I have it adjusted to the lowest setting and the stiffest setting. The car handles like crazy and brakes are pretty much no longer needed. I really hope I don't have to roll the fenders!

Why do you say I will rub? Have you come across another coupe with this set up? Or is this simply your guess?

with the rear offset on the coupe with a 20X10 on a lowered car I am pretty sure you will.

Fender rolling is not the end of the world if you have to do it. I did it on my current car, and its very easy to do. You can knock out each fender in under 20 minutes with taking your time and going nice and slow. Its a good investment when you no longer have to worry about shredding tires or pulling out your fenders from rubbing. Just something for you to think about.

I have 265/30's 19x9.5 30et not lowered, and I rub a little on deep corner bumps. I agree that a 20x10 285/25 with a 33et will rub if slammed w/o rolled fenders.

i have a similar setup, iforged 20x10 with 33mm offsets, rear tires 285/25/20 contact sport 2's, and i have had a lot of rubbing, even with negative camber -1.75, also you cannot roll the rear quarter-panels, i have had them cut and hammered up and still they are rubbing. i have had it tested with the fenders rolled and it tucks in, but still rubs. it bothers the crap out of me. i sent them back to iforged and they are milling another 5mm from the mounting pad on all 4 wheels, hopefully this will make them fit, also with 30 front and 25 series tires on the rear, i hit the tiniest pothole and already bent 2 of my wheels which are being fixed at the same time, i hate it because it's a pain, but the car looks beautiful with them, i cant even look at it with my stock wheels

here are pics, pre rolling and pre camber

whoa, i think the front is where the trouble is...

im sure the back will fit with a rolled fenders and some negative camber...

but 9 in the front with 245s? im runing a 8.5 and 235 on the front with a 32 offset, and tats pretty damn agressive... Basically you''re setup is more agressive than that of an M3, and the coupe offset is slightly less agressive than the m3.

you can certainly make it work, but not with a lot of trouble. Don't think u won't have to run negative camber and roll the fenders, because u will.

good luck, and i bet it will look great. In the future when ur running 20s ull want less agressive offsets and slightly stretched tires so u can slam the car yourre desired amount.
