I saw someone cover up their angel eyes and install their own

I saw an AW E92 with license plate PO KNO MO here in cincinnati. There was a black cover around the HID that covered up the stock angel eyes and the silver part of the lamp assmb. and they had their own angel eyes in there. WTF was that? I took a picture but it didn't come out too good.

if you just do a search with "OSS Angel Eyes" you'll find plenty of threads with pictures
