Headlight adjusting sensor

My car is lowered on KW V1 since the install my driver's side headlight seems to point lower than my passenger side. After taking the car in for service my dealer tells me that the headlight sensor that adjusts the headlights with the wheels is broke on my driver's side. The dealer then states that I can keep replacing this part and it will keep breaking. So I then get a second opinion and call another bmw dealer in the area where there tech says he might be able to fix it and if not he will replace it. ($80 sensor) I would just like my adjusting headlights back. Has anyone else had this issue? Does it in fact keep breaking? I find it hard to believe it would keep breaking cause my passenger side works perfect. I believe it happend during the install when the A-arm had more motion. Not a big deal just would like to fix it. Again has anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hmmm. Are you aware that the driver's side points lower for a reason?

Your driver side was lower than the passenger side even before the install.
