I ask the questions you're afraid to ask.

If you need your warranty then don't mod your car. This seems a prime example of why BMW should refuse warranty service on modded cars.
If a mod caused an issue then man up to it. You've got to pay to play. Trying to cover up problems caused by a mod doesn't help in the diagnosis and, once detected, makes the dealership unhappy with any modded car. |

Since they are working on your brakes, I would clear it in case they check for codes. You wouldn't want them to find something in there that alerts them your car is/was modded. Now go and mod no more.

If no codes are being thrown use Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner (concentrate). It solves rpm fluctuating upon cold start-up. Also, for most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the Peake Research Tool. It contains the actual BMW codes. If you want to register a newly installed battery for free (just buy a $10 cable) and google/download BMWLogger

Well since this forum unfortunately doesn't give as much advise as it does criticism, I went to a better source: BMW and Terry
2C3X codes are O2 codes that are NOT related to tuning. Rather, a bad/damaged O2 sensor But still safer to clear it due to my catless DPs /Thread
