convert fahrenheit to celsius?

Hello, what parametres should i change in procede datalog channels in order to change the oil temperature and water temperature from fahrenheit to celsius?

Conv Min/ Max: -4, 266 (fahrenheit)
to
Conv Min/Max: -20, 130 (celsius)

Leave everything else as is
