Help me decide, gloss or matte black grille?

Heya. So I am sort of torn, yes I know matte looks more aggressive and gloss looks more "classy", and I was leaning towards gloss but the wear issue has me worried.

Color is sparkling graphite, e92 coupe, wheels are:

I'd just like to hear conflicting opinions before I order!

Cheers.

I would go with gloss or even better (if you can source them), SG color coded. Matt wouldn't work well with your SG, imho.

Not sure why this got moved to the wheels forum, but oh well!

OK, so one for gloss. The wear issues with chips doesn't freak you out at all? I guess it's something I could re-order if it got destroyed.

SG color-coded, I didn't even think of that!

Matte, 100%

i've been to two meets in NY, i saw mds82's SG car with matte grille, and ive seen Mark Chen's SG car with glossy black grille, both in person. I like both, the black grille really matches the SG color well, but personally i prefer the Matte finish. I personally also have a matte black grille, on Black Sapphire.

edit: wait, where the heck are they selling black grilles for the e92?? is it even on the market yet?

Thanks for the thoughts! Even with the gloss black wheels I'm going with? That's my real concern.

maybe this will help answer that question.

19" Lexion, gloss black/polished lip, and matte grille.
