I have bought quite a few things from LKQ and have not had any issues receiving what was advertised. Until now.

They sent me a standard rear view mirror but I ordered an auto-dimming mirror they advertised on ebay. I let them know of the error and they refunded my money the same day and told me to keep the mirror I received.

They ship very quickly and are very polite and helpful getting used parts that are/can be hard to find as well.

I would like to see them support this forum by advertising here but I'm not sure my experience reflects the true performance level of LKQ. If it does, then please chime in and let everyone know.
