Any idea how to cleans stuff out of the little holes of the ventilated seats?

You either need strong suction from a vacuum, or a fine brush with mild leather cleaner, try lexol leather "cleaner". If its a small area you can carefully use a toothpick to fish out the debris. Otherwise you may have to visit a respectable detail shop.

Out of interest, how do you find the ventilated seats? I've been distinctly underwhelmed with mine, they only really seem to be in effect on my shoulders. Wasn't sure whether to go back to the dealer or not...

I like them a lot. There are like the surround sound in the car. Surround air conditioning. I feel the air throughout the seats.

i also feel it mostly on the shoulder area. however, it only circulate air in the inside of the seat and dose not cool them
