Largest tyre size for 8 x 18" Wheels
Hi all,
What is the largest tyre size that would safely fit the 8 x 18" wheels on my 330i? I plan on lowering the car 25mm with sports springs and fitting Koni dampers, with this in mind what tyres would you recommend? I have already replaced the RFT's with Bridgestone S-03's so it's no drama going the non-RFT route again. In fact I will NOT be fitting RFT at all, ever. Cheers

On an 8" wheel, you could go with either 225, 235, or 245s. The 8 inch front on my 335 has 225s. 235s would give a ittle more tire protection. 245s might be a little wide and look funny sacrificing some performance.
