Like everyone who is eligible to upgrade to the Iphone 4, I am selling my 3GS. I purchased it the day it came out, and it has been in a case ever since. The phone will come in its original box, head phones, usb cable, and instruction manual.

It comes with no contract, and has never been jail broken or hacked. Phone is in near perfect condition and is 100% functional. The screen is in great condition, the back has light surface scuffs from the case sliding on and off when I did the occasional cleaning. Has the 3.1.3 firmware and I will clear all data.

Asking $280 shipped. Paypal + 3% or no fee's if money sent as gift. Up to ya! Local pickup works too if your in the Baltimore area.

Guess the firmware is 4.0 rite? Still has warranty as well?

It has 3.1.3 as of now, but come Monday it can have 4.0. Still has warranty.
