Possible to do a rear folding seat retro?

I did a search but couldn't find anything so I thought I'd ask. Since it's really just a different set of seat backs and the cable releases it would seem pretty straightforward. Anyone know if it's possible?

Thanks

this is just my assumption but i doubt it. usually rear folding seats cost more cause the car needs additional bracing for torsional rigidity when the rear seats fold down. look at the rear seats from inside the trunk and you can tell its structurally different from fold downs.

I'm pretty sure the entire brace back there is different, as stated above.

Hmm. That sucks. I took a look at my trunk/back of the seats and it seems like I should just be able to swap out the backs and put it the cables. I'll have to look at a E90 that has fold down seats to see if there is additional bracing.
