Wheel application

may i use 8.5 x 18 ET13 wheels for the rear wheel of E90?Is it necessary to modificate the rear fender lips?

If you use 225/40/18 tires, the outside edge of the wheel will extend an extra 21mm. Use the Tire Rack calculator above.

That's a funny offset you have there. To be honest, the best way to check is to measure out 21 mm from the outside of your wheel. It may not work. ET13 sounds too like too much of a negative offset.
