thinking of 19" Beyern wheels, help w tire and offset

probably going to go w a 19X8.5 front and 19X9.5" rear, i am also going to being lowering my e92 w coilovers. What tire size and offsets to you recommend?

I have the Beyern '5' wheels on my e92. Tires: 235/35/19 40et 265/30/19 30et ( you may need to roll with a 30et rear, 35 would probably be better )
