M5 Tire Set on 2006 325i ?

Hi all,

I've been searching the forum but still not sure, so here I ask anyway.
I'm looking for another set of wheels for winter and a local ad showed:
BMW 17" M5 Tire Set
Tire size 235/45/17 17x8 offset +38

Will this fit my 325i (2006 sport package)?

tire size should be 225/45/17 not 235, and yes those should fit, i have the m5 replicas 40 offset on my 330 with sports pack and it fits. 38 offset is fine, u won't notice the 2mm diff.
