eastwood fender roller for sale
i used the fender roller for one day on my car, on all 4 wheels, and it is in perfect shape. please buy, i need the money, and this is a great price. Mark D. Hoeplinger P.S. I paid $150 (shipping included) but he refunded my amount because someone offered more. Shame because a) I really wanted it and b) this isn't ebay. |

Ya he is way off to think that is ok to do. If you price it at that and someone pays then you have entered a contract.

To be fair to the OP, I feel I should explain more...
I contacted him and offered to buy. He said he was selling it for more since there were multiple offers. I offered and paid $150. He misunderstood and thought I was offering $150 PLUS shipping. So, he refunded my money. He was polite and quick to act. My main issue is that if you post for sale at $100, then you should sell it to the first person that pays your asking price. Otherwise, make it clear that you'll take the highest bid. But, at that point, just post it on eBay. |
