What are specs on stock Z4M springs/shocks?

Does anybody know what stock spring rates are?

I know on the E46 M3, BMW used a real soft spring with a highly dampened shock, resulting in less than optimal ride. Many people can attest to going to a Koni shock on the E46 M3 and doing nothing else to result in substantial improvement in ride quality and handling.

Can anybody confirm if BMW did a similar thing with the Z4M? I'm curious to know more details about the Z4M setup just for my own knowledge really. I know shock options are limited for the Z4M, I really just want a thorough understanding of the the stock setup so if I ever do want to make changes, I'm making educated changes. Did they also use a lower spring rate with highly dampened shock on the Z4M, or something pretty different?

Thanks in adv.
