E93 engine sizes.
Hi All,
does anybody know what the full range of engine sizes and model numbers will be when the E93 is released in the new year. I believe that initially (in the uk) there will be a 335i (3.0 twin turbo) and a 325i (which will actually have a slightly larger 3.0 litre engine that the 335i, i.e. 2996cc as opposed to 2979cc). I've read that there will be a 330i but what engine will this have if the 325i already has the 3.0 litre. |

Also, regarding the 330i, I heard that it will actually debut the new naturally aspirated direct injected N53, but only in markets where the fuel is clean enough (not sure if that includes the UK). |

The E93 325Ci is a detuned 3.0l with direct injection but no Valvetroinc! 218hp/199lb/ft
Expect to see 330Ci with 272hp/232lb/ft at a later date. Also the 320Ci is a 4-cyl direct injection 177hp/155lb/ft 335Ci is same as E90/1/2 (Details from BMW Car Magazine) Some detail at this link ... http://www.bmw.co.uk/bmwuk/about/new...73001_,00.html
