I'm in north central Austin. Not far from pflugerville. I saw the Austin dinner thread but it seems only 4 members are conversatin on there recently, lol.
I just ordered jb3 and aFe intake from **********s and it comes in today!! I watched the vid on the jb3 install but is it harder than it looks? Any tips? Thanks, matt |

Any time. I'd be interested in checking out how your JB3 and AFE perform versus my Dinan S2 and AFE sometime. Message me privately if you'd like to meet up somewhere and compare notes.

The Dinan & aFe worked alright together, imho. The UR CAI is superior though ...
As far as the rubber "gasket" along the top edge of the aFe DCI .... purchase a small diameter rubber hose about 18" long, slit it down the middle and use it along the top edge of the intake. Looks better & won't wear out. |

I thought about that and checked into replacing mine...about $90 plus shipping for the 2 of them. Are the dry ones less efficient at increasing airflow than the oiled cotton?

Aniv - How do you like that diesel? I've heard they're pretty impressive. I'm in Forest Creek, not far from you.
