Car sits, then shakes...

When I drive my car after sitting for three or four days it has a wheel shimmy for the first 10 mins or so and then goes away. Anyone else similiar experience or any idea what it is????

If shimmy, then a search will reveal an exhaustive discussion of this issue, more prevalent in warm climates and Pirelli tires.

Flat spots. As the tires warm, flat spots go away.

ya, its from sitting in one place, the tire gets flat against the ground, and then has to work itself back out... its more of a vibration to me than a shimmy...

There's also the possibility of rust accumulation on certain spots of the rotors. It happens.

it is probably just a flat spot on you tires, like they previously said, dont worry about it. it will fix itself
