I'm new with an E92 328i .. mod questions
Hey all I just wanted to say whats up, and I picked up a E92 328i tonight I'll post pics tommorow. But I have a couple questions since I also ordered a 335 and I should see that soon enough anyway.
1. If I get a E92 335 with an Auto will it work well with the future mods that will be available or will it not? I'm mainly asking about the vishnu tuning stuff. 2.Where do I get the Hamman exhaust for the E92 335 and the black CF interior kit? -Jon |

For question number 1, automatic transmissions generally aren't as sturdy as their manual counterparts once you add significantly more power to the engine. That being said, the auto is the 335i is quite a piece of engineering. Don't know if anyone with an auto has gotten the Vishnu mods yet, ultimately, you'll have to ask them.

I think the Auto in the 335i is the same as the 335D.
This Gearbox will easily handle any power increases. The 335D comes only with this Auto gearbox, as with the massive torque characteristics, it would just eat the manual. You'll be fine in a 335i  D.
