I'm gonna have to say that you're going to havet to buy a whole new seat, not to mention the whole rig that it would require to provide power and what not. Probably not going to be cheap.

Why bother, just get a new car.

The time and high cost to do the conversion making it not worth while doing it.

no, it's not prewired, you basically have to take out your non-powered seat out and swap

yea, you would have to take the old seats out and install the new power seats, and all sorts of wiring. it would be a pain in the ass, but it could be worth it if you really want some power seats

LOL. OK I'm an idiot. On my E39 sedan I used the powerseats once or twice a year max.

So when I was ordering the E92 I was like probaly don't need em. I could live with using the manaul seats twice a year.

Wrong! On the coupe I have adjust the seats much much more. Putting stuff/people in the back.

Gah! Guess I'm SOL. (Another feature I really miss is heated steering wheel, esp when it was -40 last night.)

seriously, with any retrofit, it's never cheaper than getting it factory-optioned, otherwise everyone would get the car bone stock and retrofit all the options later on, that's why when in doubt, order the option in question, just in case you decide later on that you want that feature
