Procede debug byte 7 (meth %) - integrated with CMGS-FS VC2

I've got CMGS working with the Procede v4 04-15 (latest beta) maps. Meth starts spraying at 8psi@25% pump dc and peaks at 12psi@100% pump dc. Pump is set to spray at 200psi (default, didn't touch the knob that can turn it up to 250psi). The car is a f* monster now 3rd gear now feels like 2nd and 4th feels like 3rd

One thing though. When I hook up the procede software I see 24% max for the debug byte 7 value in the section that show current values (right from the gauges). Why is that not showing 100%? VC2 controller shows 100% flow on WOT...do I need to reconfigure the procede channel somehow? CMGS VC2 controller is configured to output 0.1v for every 100cc/min of flow and this is connected to the procede as per shiv's instructions where the IAT wire used to be...I've set the future use 1 value to 14...my nozzle is an M8...what am i doing wrong?

You will have to talk to Shiv since his input for flow is based on a 0-5v. At max flow your are giving less than 1v signal. Maybe it can be rescaled in the Procede software but I'll bet for good accuracy you will need the 0-5v not .1v per 100 ml you currently have.

Go to you datalog channels and add Debug Byte 7 to your list. Now, we are going to make a small change to the set-up parameters. Right now, it is probably set up (if its set up at all) to display in 1000ml/min. We want it to display in a scale of 0-100 instead since this is what Future Use 1 is scaled to accept. So set it up as follows:

Units: Meth Flow (%)
No of DPS: 0
Raw min/max: 0/255
Conv min/max: 0/100

Your using a M7 so you need to enter a value of 13 as per Shiv instructions...I have m5 and its a value of 11.....M10 value is 15

Debug byte 7 (meth %) displays flow with 100% being 5v from your failsafe device. Typyically, single nozzle systems will not flow enough to give 5v. So its okay if your signal only goes up to 24%. A Labonte safesafe only gives around 14% with an m7 at 200psi.

For you, all u need to do is put "24" in future use 1.

That's fine. We are talking fractions of a volt here (2% of 5v!). Bound to be some variance between different electronics.
