I have the same problem as mentioned here:

The steering wheel vibrates and growls when I am moving it at low speed. I have taken the car to two different dealerships in Toronto and they say is wear and tear. As you can imagine this is not an acceptable answer, so I told them that they should check the part #32-30-6-784-845, which was released in 2007 as an improvement of the part #32 30 6 768 480 as you can see here:

BMW Canada says that unless I give them the contact details of another car dealership were they have fixed the same issue, they can´t do anything. Do you know anyone with the same issue that has had that part changed?

This is ridiculous, the amount of time that I am wasting for a $180 part is incredible, but I cannot accept the way BMW is treating me.
