We are thinking about meeting around 8:30-8:40am and leaving at 8:45am. Please make sure you are on time. If you need my phone number please send me a pm.

The E90POST crew will roll out at 10:30am from AMC lot Oakville (QEW and Winston Churchill).
Please note that the C7 organizer's will be going over the rules at 9:30am (AMC lot in Oakville)

Starting Address:

Kennedy Commons (Chapters Parking Lot)
33 William Kitchen Road, Toronto, ON.

Ending Address:

The Final meeting spot is at the AMC theaters located at:
2081 Winston Park Drive
Oakville, ON L6H 6P5

The distance is about 53KM and according to Mapquest it will take about 32mins.

Sathees, I will catch you guys in the Oakville lot, KC is a touch far for me. My wife has given me some tasks to accomplish before I am allowed out for the day so I am going to have to skip the pre-meet. Sorry guys, see you in Oakville though.

I am doing the same, but we can all meet together right before we go the to AMC lot. I will find a spot where we can do that and post it up.
