E92 center console in the rear.

Anyone else find this useless/ugly/waste of a extra seat?

not really, even if it was a seat, i couldn't imagine fitting 3 people back there, so it'd be useless anyways, might as well put some compartments and have 2 big rear seats.

there is no way i will allow two people in the back of my 328. even the thought of having three there is enough to make me laugh.

I think the center console is sweet/cool as hell. Plenty of room in the seats with 2, but trying to have 3 seats would make me laugh.

IMO it looks cool and is good for two adults of average or less than average size BUT not very practical when people OR kids are to move from one seat to another to use the door on the other side if the door on their side cannot be opened or accessed.

There is rarely more then 2 people in my car. But I just like the look of the 3 seats/bench.

Plus theres 2 compartments back there. WTH for? I don't think people i give rides to will store stuff there. Nor would I want them to. Just useless compartments

It just looks like a crappy filler they put in at the 11th hour.

I would like it if was functional. Like if a table tray for laptop or something came out of it.
