removing CF wrap glue tips

has anyone had to remove the CF interior wrap?
what is the best method for removing the glue? without scratching to damaging the gloss trim.

zippo fluid/goo gone/microfiber cloth...and lots of elbow grease. its easy but time consuming. the absolutely easiest way is to trade with someone who wants the cf trim and has the same finish as you do.

WD 40 takes it off with ease. then use a interior cleaning like bmw. then i used a sealant and buff. looks like new! the wrap preserved it...like being mumified! lol
