First '11 335i in Toronto?
I just picked up my new car today from Maranello. Anyone get one before me?
BTW, the N55 motor is pretty damn awesome. I was a little disappointed by how quiet it is from inside the car, but it sounds awesome from behind, where everyone's going to be anyways once this thing is broken in! |

I would, but the weather is shiat, and my car is already filthy. Besides, BMW.CA has pretty good pics, lol.
I'll be getting it detailed next week, along with paint protection, so I'll snap a few photos then... |

OK - consider these pics to be evidence, rather than the typical car porn shots (edit - screwed up the original pics):
Front view, including those new headlight lenses. Rear view, with apparently slight changed rear light style: Side view, proving that my car is filthy: I'll post some more pics next week, after a nice detailing and some paint protection film. |

Does the eyelid have LEDs or is it illuminated when the headlights are on?

Running lights, corner view: Running lights, head on: Headlights, corner view: Headlights, head on: There is something a little weird about the new lights, and I'm going to wait to see how other '11s look to see if there's an assembly problem. Just above the 'eyelid', there's a gap in the body that allows some light to bleed through. Looks odd at night, though nothing is obviously out of place when I examined the headlight assembly. You can see it on the above pics, though I positioned the camera to maximize the visibility of it, so it's not quite that dramatic in person. |
