VPC Open on Saturday??

Does anyone know if they work at the VPC on weekends..trying to figure out whether or not I will have my car by Thanksgiving. (I am thinking not...these people move SOOOOO slow). It arrived at the port on 11-15, but when I talked to my CA today he said no work order has been started to process it through...this whole process is killing me..I just want my car!
