Any of you 335i guys out there get an LSD installed into your car? The prices are looking pretty attractive to me and I'm wondering on where you got it done and about how much did it run you, also wondering if you like it.

I got one late fall/early winter. Bought it from WSTO, which I highly recommend if you do purchase one.

I like it car handled like a champ all winter between the winter tires and the LSD. I haven't done any drag racing to really know about the pulling, but at least from a feel perspective when I do hit the hammer it feels truer.

I got installed at a little place in Niles based on MKPOTO's recommendation.

I don't recall costs that far back, but it was about what I expected.

Install took 1 full day.

old man need LSD to drive in snow. do not flame him lol. yeah if you wanna get a LSD def get from WSTO. they are pretty much the most professional parts dealer. bump for WSTO

don't need it to drive in the snow but it made a big difference. I drove my buddy's coupe with winters and no lsd and it was manageable but I did have to slow down and consider movement as I manuevered. With my lsd on mine I rarely if ever thought about anything other than how high is that pile in front of me and will my lip clear it with my car dropped so low.

So...whether on foot or in my car dry or non-idyllic conditions old man will leave you in the dust.

Which brand LSD did you go with? Quaife or Wavetrac or another brand?
