help mE PLEASE navigation system!!

Was coming home from school, while navigation and radio was working I turned off my car to go get something from home then went back to my car my screen turned red, no navigation no music no nothing not even when i dont use my seat belt it doesnt gong at me anymore. can anyone help me with my problem please!!! its really hard to drive w.o music!!!

probably gonna have to take it into the shop man.. that's never happened to me before

u know how i first start having this problem was when i picked up from the dealer.. -_- right when i got it, it happened

Turn the car on. Hold in the Volume/Mute, the DVD eject and the CD eject buttons together for about 10 secs. It should reboot the iDrive.

If it is a warranty repair, the dealer has the authorization to rent a car if his loaner fleet is out.
