Question about Lease return

Am I required to replace to brake pads if they are running low for lease return? If so should I just let bmw do this? help would be much appreciated!

I didn't replace mine and my brakes were definitely pretty marginal by the time I returned the vehicle. All they seem to care about is the appearance of the vehicle.

you need to double check with the inspector....
if BMW charge you.... it will cost the double from you can do by local mechanic shop.
