You could easily drop it another 2 grand. Give them your bottom line and be prepared to walk away.

only problem is... its a used car. No way to know how it was driven. That its turned up at a used car lot (non bmw) Id be weary. the price seems good, but some things are too good to be true. With that many km Id personally stay away from it.

Started since 996 production. It's around 600$ from the porsche dealership in the states.. Not sure if BMW has the same system. |

Wouldn't want to fly out to the states and realize the DME comes out negative/bad. The 997 is dropping in price rapidly, I saw a 2007 911 turbo for 72,000$ in Michigan last week. |

Is it a dealer from a different brand of car? Or is it a "used car" dealer. While CPO warranty is worht a couple thousand, stay away from any car from a non-dealer. If the previous owner traded it in for say, a Lexus, it may be a great car.
See if you can get any history of the car. Check with BMW for warranty claims on the serial number. And have it inspected by another mechanic, either a BMW dealer or a BMW specialist. With free BMW maintenance, almost all used cars will have had proper maintenance from the BMW stealership. Most 335s around here (Calgary) are driven by "yummie mommies" who have no clue about sport/aggressive driving. |

Take it from someone who got ripped off on his 335i lease...you should easily be able to find a car with much lower mileage at that price. |

+1 on the mileage, its a little high, I would look @ something that has some of the original BMW warranty with it. If you are concerned, go out and add on a 3rd party warranty to extend it, BMW Certified is nothing but a resale of another 3rd party warranty. If this is the car that you want take it to a BMW dealer and have them check it out, make sure that you don't get the car only to drop a couple of thousand $$$ on brakes and tires. There are a tonne of 335s on auto trader.
