Appropriate discount on 2010 335ix sedan?

Looks like the lease rate on existing 2010 3 series is now a decent 2.9%.

I got the loyalty card from BMW (for $1,000) if I get a new one.

I am inclined to turn in my car when the lease ends to try an ix.

So... what overall % discount off list can you get on a 2010 335ix sedan?

i would think at least 7 1/2 to 8 percent. depends on the dealer.
