somebody help please....
Ok I have : 1 2006 BMW M Roadster.
I just tried to jumpstart it from the rear mounted battery. It worked however....My instrument panel is dead radio and nav functions are dead but I can still use blue tooth. the Fuel gauge and oil temp worked but everything else to include back lighting is out. everythiing on the outside of the car function as it should ie; turn signals, high beams and what not. I cant find the fuse box to target the corresponding fuse Could some one please help any help would be appreciated. thank you. Im trying to go Raliegh which is about 80 miles for me. I dont want to go with out my instrumentation. Please help. |

check the fuse box in the glove box, look at the little fuse card...check for any blow fuses and replace.

That's not how you jump-start it. The terminals for jump-starting are in the engine compartment. Check your owner's manual.

^ Thats happened to me once. After you run the battery completely dead, its instrumentation may not work for a period of time. Eventually, it'll come back.
Running the battery dead on these cars is very hard on their electrical management systems. Do whatever you can to avoid that from happening again.
