Does anyone else here wish the aluminum piping was just a little bit longer for the rear intake? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong? It almost felt like I had to pull on the plastic hosing for a proper fit and now the side of the filter is rubbing against the Engine bay area.

Shouldn't be that much of a problem I have the single log filter which is long as hell.

You can send a photo in for verification/advice, but the filters should not be touching any part of the engine bay, aside from the front filter. See attached photo.

Did you perhaps push the coupler too far in the filter side?

I had no problems with length on the install. Maybe you pusched it too far in?
